speed it up

Too slow converting time.

Trying out Movie2Cartoon v2.4.6.60 on Aspire 3 A315-21 Laptop with AMD A909420 CPU, AMD Rademon R5 Graphics
12GB DDR4 Memory laptop.

Converting 4MP 33sec file, but green bar came to middle it displays 0:3:23:58 time estimation.
33 sec video to take that much long to convert? I don't know it is something to do my laptop setting or hardware issue, but something is not right.
